Intima Couples & Sex Therapy is seeking an independently licensed therapist to become the first clinician to join our growing practice. We are intentionally building a practice where therapists have the autonomy to do meaningful work while feeling supported in their professional growth.

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds an independent license to practice in the State of Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Can practice independently without clinical supervision

- Hybrid schedule (telehealth and in-person options)
- Office located in Lakewood, Colorado
- Flexible scheduling

- Marketing and referral support provided
- Electronic Health Record (SimplePractice)
- Insurance billing managed through Headway

Compensation
Compensation is based on a clinician's consistent weekly clinical caseload:
- 15–19 clinical sessions/week: $65 per clinical hour
- 20–24 clinical sessions/week: $70 per clinical hour
- 25+ clinical sessions/week (Full-Time): $75 per clinical hour
Potential annual clinical earnings: approximately $47,000–$108,000, depending on caseload.
We consider 25 or more clinical sessions per week to be full-time because we believe sustainable clinicians provide the best care.

Required Qualifications:
Independently licensed to practice in the State of Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
Able to practice independently without clinical supervision
Eligible to work as a W-2 employee
Maintain professional liability insurance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth technology
Reliable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities independently
Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
Willingness to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clinical sessions per week

Hourly Rate: $65 - $75 dependent on caseload
