Overview
Join us on September 23rd - 25th, 2026 in the heart of downtown Denver for the 2026 Colorado Counseling Association Annual Conference—three days of learning, connection, and professional renewal. This year’s conference brings together counselors, counselor educators, students, and mental health professionals from across Colorado to explore emerging topics in the field, share research, and engage in meaningful conversations that strengthen our profession.
Hosted at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center, the event will feature a compelling keynote presentation, diverse breakout sessions, expanded networking opportunities, and a vibrant exhibitor hall highlighting innovative tools and resources that support clinical and professional growth. The CCA is committed to cultivating a high-quality speaker lineup featuring topics that meaningfully benefit conference attendees. All proposals should directly support the training, development, and continued learning of mental health professionals across the field. Raffle Item Donor
If you would like to donate raffle items, we would greatly appreciate it. We will add you to a “Thank You Raffle Donors” sign unless you would like to remain anonymous, and will acknowledge you in any places that we acknowledge donors. We do not have a requirement on how large or small donated raffle goods are. Transportation
RTD Light Rail & Public Transit
Denver’s RTD Light Rail system offers a convenient and affordable transportation option throughout the city. Multiple light-rail lines run through downtown and stop at key destinations, including: Empower Field at Mile High, Ball Arena, Elitch Gardens, and Union Station. Union Station is located one mile away from the convention center at 1701 Wynkoop St, Denver, CO 80202.

Denver Airport Rail (A Line)
For travelers flying into Denver International Airport (DEN), the RTD A Line offers a direct rail connection from the airport to Denver Union Station in Lower Downtown (LoDo). The rail service runs between the airport and Union Station with six stops along the route, taking approximately 37 minutes each way at a cost of $10.50. Once at Union Station, attendees can easily walk, take a short rideshare, or connect to another RTD light rail line to reach nearby hotels or the Colorado Convention Center area. The A Line provides a reliable, stress-free transportation option for travelers heading to the conference.
