In addition, I am a State Board of Marriage and Family Therapist Examiners approved non-MFT supervisor approved to supervise a candidate for Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure in the State of Colorado.

I am a proud member of the American Counseling Association, Colorado Counseling Association, Association for Play Therapy, and Chi Sigma Iota.

I have received professional training in Clinical Supervision, Transformational Leadership, Program Evaluation and Development, and Consultation. In addition, I have received professional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Child and Adult Trauma, Suicide Prevention and Risk Assessment, LGBT and Transgender Issues, Individual and Group Therapy, Couples’, Pre-marital, Marriage, and Divorce Counseling, and Addictions Counseling.

In my work, I operate from an evidence-based and holistic therapeutic approach that encourages individuals, couples, and families to explore their irrational beliefs and dysfunctional emotions and behaviors, and to explore the concepts of wellness, wholeness, self-awareness, accountability, and “unfinished business.”
