The CCA Annual Conference

The Colorado Counseling Association is pleased to host a full day conference focused on building and growing a private practice. Whether you are a student or new professional with the dream of someday owning a practice of your own or currently have a thriving practice and are interested in exploring additional ways to expand your business, this event is for you.

The day will include 5 sessions, two of which will be panel discussions with industry experts and thought leaders in the field. As many as 15 sponsors/vendors will be in attendance throughout the day with resources and networking opportunities.

7:30 - 8:00am - Check-in

8:00 - 9:35am - Morning Welcome and Keynote (TBD)

9:35 - 10:00am Networking Break

10:00 - 11:35am - 90 Minute Session

11:35 - 12:00pm Networking Break

12:00 - 1:35pm Lunch and 90 Minute Keynote Session

1:35 - 2:00 pm Networking Break

2:00 - 3:00pm - 60 Minute Session

3:00 - 3:15pm - Transition

3:15 - 4:15pm - 60 Minute Session

4:15pm - Raffle and Conclusion

 

Please note our Refund/Return Policy: Refunds will be honored within 60 calendar days of the registration date and include a $25 admin fee. Please allow 12-14 business days for processing. No refunds will be given outside the 60 days or after March 31, 2016. Registrations are non-transferable.

Join us for a panel discussion focused on becoming or taking on an associate into an established practice. During our time together we will hear from successful practice owners about the following topic areas:

  • What are the opportunities and risks involved?
  • Where does my practice need to be to consider adding an associate?
  • What is a highly qualified prospect associate looking for?
  • What legal and ethical considerations are there?
Becoming An Associate
  • Why consider becoming an associate?
  • What is the profile of a qualified associate?
  • What questions should I ask of a practice owner I'm applying to?
  • Is anyone here in the audience hiring?
Time will be offered to the audience for questions so come prepared!
