Denver Seminary
Students in Denver Seminary’s graduate and doctoral programs experience a holistic education founded on academic, skill, and spiritual formation. Students in our counseling programs receive solid clinical instruction in counseling methodologies, sound biblical training, integration of faith and practice, and individualized clinical and professional mentoring. Our professors have extensive counseling and teaching experience and can illustrate from personal example the application of these principles to the counseling field. Practicum is offered in the on-site clinic followed by an internship in one of many sites along the Front Range. Programs offered include:

Master of Arts in Counseling (licensure) degree with a concentration in Community Counseling (CACREP accredited)  
Master of Arts in Counseling (licensure) degree with a concentration in School Counseling
Master of Arts in Counseling Ministries degree with an optional 12-hour concentration in chaplaincy
Master of Divinity degree with concentrations in either Pastoral Counseling or Chaplaincy
Doctor of Ministry degree in Marriage and Family Counseling

Regis University 

Regis University College for Professional Studies
Regis University's Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) degree prepares adult learners to become counselors who treat mental and emotional disorders at community agencies, nonprofit mental health agencies, child and family counseling centers, substance abuse centers, and employee assistance organizations. The classroom-based, highly interactive MAC degree accredited by CACREP is designed to develop a strong foundation of professional counseling skills and abilities. Students will gain experience through hands on practicum at our state-of-the-art counseling lab preparing them to apply their education after completion of the degree program. The Regis Counseling Ph.D. faculty is committed to creating open and supportive education environments that reflect the social, relational, and cross-cultural contexts of learning that are essential for effective counselor training. Post-graduate certificates are also offered for skill renewal or enhancement in:

·         Marriage and Family Therapy
·         Transformative Counseling
