Please note our Refund/Return Policy: Refunds will be honored within 60 calendar days of the registration date and include a $25 admin fee. Please allow 12-14 business days for processing. No refunds will be given outside the 60 days or after March 31, 2016. Registrations are non-transferable.

The 2017 Colorado Mental Health Professionals Conference program is developed by the conference committee comprised of representatives from each of the professional associations. Here is the timeline of events supporting the development of two primary programs: 

Student Poster Presentation program:

  • Proposals Accepted: October 1st - December 1st, 2016 - Learn More
  • Proposals Reviewed: December 2nd - February 10th, 2017
  • Presenters Invited: March 1st, 2017

Professional Education Session program:

Timeline of Events:

  • Proposals Accepted: April 22nd - July 31st, 2016 - Closed
  • Proposals Reviewed: Aug 1st - Aug 14th, 2016 - Completed
  • Presenters Invited: Sept 29th, 2016 - Initial Speakers Invited - May invite more but will depend on room availability at University of Denver. Hoping to send out final approval/rejection notifications by January 15th. Still waiting on contracting process to be finalized with DU.
  • Initial Program Released: Oct 15th, 2016
