A Year to Live...A Book Study and Experiential Group

Our lives have become an endless quest to do it all -to meet professional obligations and demands as wellas cultivate a satisfying and rich personal/family life. So, what if you were told you only had one year to live? Would anything change? How would you viewyour priorities and heart desires?

Join me to embrace living as if we only had one year to live!By using Stephen Levine’s “A Year to Live” as our guide, we will explore what it means tobegin to live each day in a mindful, heart-centered way. When we meet once a month, wewill engage in mindfulness practices and creative experiential activities such as art, ritual, and writing designed to raise awareness, express feeling and gain insight. We will bringthese experiences to our consideration of how to“... enter into a new and vibrant relationship with life.
