Romancing the Brain:
Creating Healthy Relationships
This seminar is designed to provide an effective, feasible, cost-efficient model for improving clients' conflict resolution knowledge, attitudes and skills. The intent is to reduce relapse and increase sustained recovery of adult and adolescent substance use, abuse, and dependent clients.
The curriculum is a research-based, empirically tested, psychoeducation-session that is effective and appropriate to use with diverse populations and provides treatment and training materials for behavioral health professionals. The training resource is easy to use and integrate into existing community residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient treatment facilities, school, and faith-based counseling groups.
